Terms and Conditions

By participating in the sweepstakes, you accept the following terms:

1. The organizer is Zantho GmbH at Dammweg 1A 7163 Andau, Austria, hereinafter referred to as ZANTHO GmbH.
2. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of goods. Participation is not associated with Facebook.
3. All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Zantho GmbH and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstakes are excluded. Austrian law applies.
4. Prize: Two VIP tickets for the A1 BEACH PRO VIENNA 2024 on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Vienna’s Heumarkt, including access to the exclusive VIP area with DO&CO Event Team catering as well as access to the side events and parties and one overnight stay (1x double room FR/SA) at the InterContinental Vienna hotel.
5. Sweepstakes procedure: The prize will be raffled randomly among all participants who have met the participation requirements and announced via the Zantho GmbH Facebook page.
6. This sweepstakes runs from June 19, 2024, 5:00 PM until July 4, 2024, 11:59 PM.
7. Data protection: The data will be treated confidentially by Zantho GmbH and will not be passed on to third parties. In the event of winning, participants agree to the publication of their name on Facebook. Zantho GmbH undertakes to comply with the legal provisions on data protection. Austrian law applies.
8. Data usage: Each participant agrees to the processing of their data within the framework of the sweepstakes.
9. Termination of the sweepstakes: Zantho GmbH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without separate notification or to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Zantho GmbH makes use of this right in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or from a legal perspective, the proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed.
10. Notification of the winner: The winners of the prizes will be notified via the Zantho Facebook page
11. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
12. Claim to the main prize: The winner will be informed of the time and place of prize delivery by Zantho GmbH. If no response or confirmation regarding prize delivery is received from the winner within 48 hours after the end of the sweepstakes, the prize will be forfeited without any further claim.
