ZANTHO Cuvée 1487 Reserve 2022 Magnum
Deep purple-red defines our Cuvée 1487 Reserve in Magnum, vinified from the finest Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch and Merlot grapes. The wine impresses with layered aromas of ripe blackberries, plums and black cherries. Fine notes of incense and bourbon vanilla support the nuanced impressions. On the palate, the wine is fruity and deeply spicy, very balanced and harmonious. It glides calmly across the palate and finishes with a long, lingering finish underscored by fine acidity. Very good ageing potential, especially in Magnum. €27.93/liter
The wine combines the French grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with Austria’s Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch, creating a full-bodied, powerful wine bursting with spice and fine fruit. Thanks to its good tannin structure, our Cuvée 1487 Reserve has excellent cellaring potential.
