is a selection of our best Grüner Veltliner vines. Our reserve has been matured in small French oak barrels and larger wooden casks. In the nose our Grüner Veltliner Reserve 2022 shows white chocolate, pine-apple, pomelo and cold smoke. Beautiful length, a little bit salty, great aging potential and great food pairing partner. Grüner Veltliner is THE Austrian white grape variety that covers more than 30% of all vineyards in the country. It derives from the Traminer family and its mother grape has been identified recently in St. Georgen, a village nearby Eisenstadt. The grape variety grows on many different soil types and gives strictly selected a wide variety of wine types from light, fruity wines up to rich and full-bodied whites over to high-end concentrated sweet wines.
