The grapes grow in perfectly situated vineyards in Illmitz which are characterized by poor gravelly and sandy soils. The village belongs to the best origins for sweet wines and has ideal conditions for the production of high-quality ice wines.

Our Icewine shows golden notes with yellow reflexions. In the nose it seduces with typical Grüner Veltliner impressions remembering of quinces and mature apples supported by fine hints of honey. On the palate it shows deep fruit backed up by vivid acidity and it ends in a long and creamy finish.

Enjoy our icewine well chilled as aperitif or with fruity desserts.
